Brenna is a mixed media artist and teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching both children and adults. Her work has been published in numerous places including Somerset magazine. She has been a member of the Mamaroneck Artist Guild for many years and shows her work regularly there. Her goal is to teach children and adults how to love art, enjoy the process of making, and feel successful no matter what their skill or experience level.
In this workshop, we will learn about the ancient art of Indigo Shibori dyeing. Using a variety of techniques and processes we will twist, fold and manipulate our fabric into beautiful patterns and art pieces. Students will create a choice of projects including a set of napkins, or pillowcases. All skill levels welcome!
